The core drill rig of full hydraulic and rotator adopted the technology of wire-line coring has been the dominant type rig for solid mineral deposits prospecting in developed counties in the world. It is also the developing direction of drilling technique and drilling equipment in China.

This type of drill rig could substitute imported products. It could be applied to exploration and prospecting of geology, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, natural gas, groundwater and other industries.

The drill rig is equipped with a series motor driving pump. The feeding and lifting of rotator are driven in the structure of cylinder directly pushing, with a 3.5m(11.5 feet) stroke. The rotation of spindle is driven by a single engine. It has four mechanical shifts of range of speeds, and the speed could be adjusted hydraulicly with stepless change.

The rig is simple in structure. It is light and easy for transference; the mast has the functions of sliding and touching ground; the spindle lifted and lowered with hydraulic cylinder; it could be folded for transport and relocation. The spindle hole is in large diameter.

Overall Unit Features:
The drill rig adopts full hydraulic driving, tire trail-type. The drill head is driven by variable motor with function of two-speed mechanical gear shifts, stepless speed change with an advanced and simple structure. The drill head is fed and driven with a system connecting the hollow spindle and oil cylinder with chain. The system has the function, if the piston rods of oil cylinder moving one certain distance, the drill head moving will double the distance. The mast could be adjusted within the range of angle 0 to 90 degree for its drilling hole with a low center of gravity and good stability of the overall unit. The rig provides operator with a nice field of vision and wide and comfortable working condition. The rig looks pretty in overall structure and embodies the design thought of people oriented.

The rig equipped with tracks, has a hydraulic driving system. It owns a brief but advanced structure, with its power head driven by a variable motor and its speed adjustable for 2 gears. With the oil cylinder working with a speed-changeable chain, its performance is stable and reliable. The mast is adjustable in the range from 0° to 90° to ensure a proper hole-drilling angle.
